Marvellous location short walk to the main tourists spots, the main attractions, and the main San Marco square, and the room was spacious. It was in a quiet street, I loved that. And I was located close to restaurants.

The apartment was amazing! It had 3 cozy bedrooms and a comfy living room with a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The central location was perfect for exploring Venice. As a low-budget traveler, I felt like I was getting the best value for my money.
Personally, I found the bidet in the bathrooms unnecessary, but others might appreciate it.

The apartment was located in a quiet residential area, perfect for a peaceful stay. the host, Andrea, was extremely helpful and quickly resolved any issues. the apartment was clean and spacious with modern amenities, including a tankless water heater for hot showers. It was conveniently located near San Marco and a variety of restaurants and shops. the friendly service included a warm welcome at the ferry and helpful recommendations. the smart TV was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected even in Venice.
Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Ca Cicogna in Venice for three nights and it was a wonderful experience. Andrea, the host, met us at the waterbus and showed us around the spacious apartment. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Andrea was incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit. I also appreciated the owner mailing my forgotten jacket back to me. a fantastic stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with all the main sites within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
